RETURNS
We understand that from time to time you may want to return a product to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.
We have created our 10-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us appropriately as outlined below.
The returned goods must be received within 10 days following receipt of your order
The returned goods are unused and in their original packaging in a undamaged condition

If you would like to return your order please email us at info@occasional-elegance.com and we will send you a Returns form to post with your order
From the UK
Return items below £50 using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and items over £50 using Royal Mail Special Delivery
From the Republic of Ireland
Returns items using An Post Track & Trace service or similar with required insurance
We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
What cannot be returned?
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:
Refunds
We will send you a refund for the full price of any item returned in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges, if these have been paid by the customer, and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible within 28 days of the day we received your returned product.
